Company Culture: “We have a great work environment where any employee can feel free to ask another for help or assistance on any projects or with their workload when needed. Each employee knows their particular duties in the company, but is also cross-trained to assist in other areas when needed. We are very versatile, which works great for our company and the growing business.”

Perks and Benefits: “PNP offers health-care benefits to the full-time employees along with a 401k plan, which PNP contributes 3% to whether the employee does or not. In addition to the standard holidays, employees receive a day off for their birthdays, Good Friday and an extra day off around New Year’s Eve, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Vicki, PNP’s owner, is a great help to her sales staff. Vicki offers mentorship on a regular basis and the team is always welcome to come to her for guidance in any situation.”

Fun Things: “We have an annual company meeting that is kicked off the night before with dinner and awards, and on the day of the meeting, we also have a company event. Two years ago, we took a bus tour of downtown Kansas City, and this year, we battled it out at Top Golf. We also cater lunches and have monthly barbecues in the summer months.
