Why People Love to Work Here: “Because Pop! Promos is such a small company, each and every one of us have the ability to impact the work we are doing on a daily basis. Whenever a new idea is brought up, we have the ability to try it out and aren’t confined to rules and restrictions not created by the employees themselves.”

Fun Things: “We have this program we call the ‘Fun Fund’ in which the company puts money every time we hit certain goals. With this money, the team gets to do whatever we want. So, every few weeks we all get together and go to a happy hour, a Phillies game or some other local venue that we can all enjoy together.”

Recent Culture Initiatives: “Over New Year’s, we spent about two weeks moving our office little by little across the city. During that time, we each stayed late to help build office furniture or moved computers in our cars.
