Why People Love to Work Here: “We treat each other like family: honesty, simplicity, support … and lots of humor.”

Fun Things: “As many of our Account Managers have left the nest to work from home anywhere across the country, it has become more difficult to get everyone together for events. Some outings we’ve done in recent years include Lake Michigan cruises, a private suite at the horse racetrack, dinner theater, rented a yacht for the Chicago Air and Water Show, etc. Often, those larger group outings can be less intimate and make many feel obligated to attend. We’ve shifted to encouraging smaller, more impulsive distractions usually centered around food to break up the day. An impromptu potluck, grill out or Taco Tuesday is often all it takes to keep us entertained. Tasty snacks and puppies (dogs are always welcome here) are good things to have around anytime.”
