Why People Love to Work Here: “Stran is a youthful and energetic company. The team here is highly collaborative, and people generally like everyone that they work with.”

Fun Things: “A little over a year and a half ago, we moved into a brand-new office and brought in some fun items for the team, including foosball, darts and shuffleboard. We have held multiple tournaments over the last year and a half. We like to bring in meals on a monthly basis for the team as well. We have also had some fun holiday parties and a company open house event where we got to share what we do with our friends and family.”

Recent Culture Initiative: “Our president Andy Shape owns a nice fishing boat, and throughout the summer and early fall, he offers to take team members out on fishing trips.
