Company Culture: “We work hard but also encourage our employees to take time as needed to be with their families. We are team oriented; most of the ‘kudos’ through our recognition program are for teamwork. A lot of companies tout it, but we truly live our core values (which spell out PASSION) every day in all that we do. We are committed to not only helping those within our own family/company who need assistance, but also give back to the local community regularly through canned food drives, school backpack drives, etc.”

Perks and Benefits: “We pay up to 75% of the employee premium for health insurance and offer two to four weeks PTO. For those in support roles, we offer a sabbatical of three weeks paid leave, in addition to their regular vacation time, to recharge their energy levels. We also pay for a class during this time that furthers their career or education. President’s Club top sales producers get four to five days at a sunny, fun-filled destination (Aruba, Dominican Republic, etc.). Each quarter, our employees decide what they would like to do to facilitate team building and time together. We have peer-to-peer recognition based on our core values, and we have been averaging around 75 ‘kudos’ per quarter. There are charity days, summer half days and more.”
