The Artcraft Group To Acquire Corporate Marketing
New Jersey-based The Artcraft Group has entered into an agreement to acquire Corporate Marketing Inc. The deal, made public and reported on by Counselor last Friday, will merge Corporate Marketing into Top 40 distributor firm Artcraft Promotional Concepts (asi/125050). Financial terms were not disclosed.
“We are pleased to have the talented Corporate Marketing Group join our Artcraft family,” said Judith Zimmerman, Artcraft’s president. “This merger will enhance our offerings and enable us to provide additional services to our promotional product clients.”
According to a press release, the Corporate Marketing executive team and all of the firm’s employees will remain in their current roles at this time.
Founded in 1989 by Leona and Gary Gawreluk, Corporate Marketing specializes in promotional awards, incentives, apparel and business gifts. “It was important to us, our clients and to our employees to maintain the culture of superior service and dedication to our customers that we have instilled at Corporate Marketing over the years,” said Leona Gawreluk, the firm’s CEO. “We are happy that Artcraft is a similar organization that shares our same values and vision of quality and customer service.”
Added Zimmerman: “Both professionally and personally we have great respect for Leona and Gary, and are impressed with the way they have grown their business. As Certified Women Business Enterprises, we are delighted with this opportunity to work together.”
In its most recent Top 40 listing, Counselor ranked Artcraft Promotional Concepts as the 30th largest distributor in the industry, with 2015 North American promotional product sales of $51 million.
