Who in the business world do you admire most or strive to emulate?
Speaking specifically of our chosen industry, there are so many friends and mentors that I hold in enormously high regard, and for a multitude of reasons:
• My wife, Vicki Reisbaum – the single most natural and authentic salesperson I’ve ever seen
• Tim Andrews, for his easy confidence and remarkable professionalism
• John Bruellman, for his steadfast leadership and inspiring integrity
• My boss and the inventor of our patented product line, Olivier Van Migem, for his product innovation and loyal friendship
• Greg Muzzillo, for his vision and single-minded drive for success
• Paul Bellantone, for his Brooklyn charm that he’s managed to keep under wraps (save for choice occasions) all these years
• Mark Simon, for his indisputable ethics and way of making each person feel like they’re the most important person in the room
• Dana Zezzo, for his incredible social media presence
• And Dave Saracino, for being able to be Dave Saracino for so many years. Must be exhausting.

If Hollywood made a movie about your life, what actor would play you?
A young Howie Mandel is the perfect choice to play me, although he’d have to sharpen his humor a bit.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
“Sell and Repent,” from my dad, Al Reisbaum. And “‘Good enough’ is NOT good enough” – that one’s all mine.

What’s on your business and personal bucket list?
Business: Continued and increased service to the industry from a mentoring and Board perspective.
Personal: Travel (for pleasure, without a drop-dead date)

What’s one sentence you’d like to hear from your boss?
“Keep it up!”

If you could choose an age to remain forever, which age would you choose? Why?
52, the age I am now. Old enough to know better, young enough to do it anyway

What would you do with your “15 minutes” of fame?
Make my family proud. And hang with Springsteen…
